Tennis Elbow Resources

Tennis Elbow is a common condition which affects the outer aspect of the elbow and is usually brought about by a sudden increase in activity.

Reported symptoms are usually located on the outer elbow which can sometimes radiate to the forearm and pain on gripping and / or twisting (e.g opening jars, holding kettle etc).

Symptoms can either be acute (less than 3 months) or chronic (greater than 3 months)  and can be particularly tricky to treat.
