''My name is Paula, I’m 39 and have been working in the fitness industry for many years focusing on health through movement. My aim is to bring physical and mental wellbeing to everyone, using specific exercises to help us move freely throughout our daily lives and reducing aches and pains where possible. I specialise in Pilates for back pain, orthopaedic conditions, weak pelvic floor and am currently studying pre and postnatal. I teach one to one, have an online “squad” and will be delivering small face to face group classes soon''
